Express Air Taxi is operated by Siegel Aviation, LLC, a FAA certified charter operator. Express Air Taxi flights are subject to availability. Flights are based on a first-come, first-served basis. In other words, schedule your flight as much in advance as possible to secure your time. All Flights are subject to weight restrictions. If you are concerned about a weight restriction with your flight, please contact us by email or call us at (281) 259-7100. Price The regular rate for Express Air Taxi is $460 per hour on the Hobbs meter in the airplane. (The Hobbs meter starts when the engines are started for taxi.) EAT membership program Members pay $50 per month for a 12-month term. Members will receive a $50 per flight hour discount for the duration of their membership. Membership discount does not apply to empty rate and/or any other applicable fees. To become an EAT member, simply fill out our EAT membership form. Additional Fees Overnight -- $150 per night Pilot and aircraft wait time -- $45 per hour (First two hours are free of charge.) Unoccupied Aircraft (empty airplane with no customer) - Piper Seneca II -- $250 per hour Any ramp fee or airport usage fee incurred during the flight. Payment Options Express Air Taxi accepts cash, business check, credit card, or Paypal. Cash and check are expected at the conclusion of the flight. Credit card payments are processed through Authorize.net. With Paypal we will email our customer an invoice with the details of the flight. Cancellation Policy Cancellation of a flight should be made at least 12 hours prior to the departure time of the flight. We reserve the right to charge the customer 10% of the quoted price of the flight and any incurred cost if cancellation is not made prior to the 12 hour window before the scheduled departure time. Late Policy If you are running late, please notify us immediately to avoid in cancellation fees. You can call us at (281) 259-7100 to notify us that you are running late. We reserve the right to charge the Pilot and aircraft wait time fee of $45 per hour.
