Express Air Taxi is operated by Siegel Aviation, LLC, a FAA certified charter operator. Express Air Taxi flights are subject to availability. Flights are based on a first-come, first-served basis. In other words, schedule your flight as much in advance as possible to secure your time. All Flights are subject to weight restrictions. If you are concerned about a weight restriction with your flight, please contact us by email or call us at (281) 259-7100. Price The regular rate for the Cessna 421 is $750 per hour on the Hobbs meter in the airplane. (The Hobbs meter starts when the engines are started for taxi.) EAT membership program Ask one of our representatives about our EAT Membership Program. Additional Fees Overnight -- $150 per night Pilot and aircraft wait time -- $45 per hour (First two hours are free of charge.) Cleaning Fee -- $55 per flight. Any ramp fee or airport usage fee incurred during the flight. Payment Options Express Air Taxi accepts cash, business check, credit card, or Paypal. Cash and check are expected at the commencement of the flight. Credit card payments are processed through Authorize.net before the flight commences. Credit Card payments are charged a processing fee of 1.8%. Cancellation Policy Cancellation of a flight should be made at least 12 hours prior to the departure time of the flight. We reserve the right to charge the customer 10% of the quoted price of the flight and any incurred cost if cancellation is not made prior to the 12 hour window before the scheduled departure time. Canceled flights due to mechanical and/or weather conditions In the case of canceled flights due to mechanical problems and/or weather conditions, EAT will not be responsible for any monetary loss or additional expenses incurred to arrange for alternative options. In such case that we have to cancel a flight, we will refund the charge in full minus any expenses incurred on behalf of EAT. Late Policy If you are running late, please notify us immediately to avoid in cancellation fees. You can call us at (281) 259-7100 to notify us that you are running late. We reserve the right to charge the Pilot and aircraft wait time fee of $45 per hour.
