Express Air Taxi strives to provide our customers with a
less expensive mode of transportation than other
charter services.
Our air charter flights are charged at an hourly rate.
Time flown goes by a Hobbs meter on the airplane. The
Hobbs meter starts when engines are started and stops
when engines are turned off.
Hourly Rate:
- $460/hour for up to 5 passengers (ideal for 3 adults
or 2 adults and 3 kids).
NEW!!! First time flyer discount (for a limited time only):
- For a limited time only, all of our first-time customers will receive a special promotional rate
of $330 per flight hour.
Introducing our new Express Air Taxi Membership Program:
- Members pay only $50 per month for either a 6 month term or a 12 month term.
- 3 month trial membership SAVE $90 per flight hour off of the regular rate ($370/hr).
- 6 month members SAVE $30 per flight hour off of the regular rate ($430/hr).
- 12 month members SAVE $60 per flight hour off of the regular rate ($400/hr).
- Discount rates do not apply to empty rate or any applicable fees.

Other Applicable Charges:
- A $150 fee will be charged for over-nights at locations that are not the home base.
- Unoccupied aircraft flight will be charged at a rate of $250 per hour.
- A $45/hour wait fee will be charged to have the pilot and aircraft wait for passengers. The first 2
hours will be free.
- 12 month members SAVE $60 per flight hour off of the regular rate ($400/hr).
- Any ramp fee or airport usage fee that occurred during the flight.
